My Dear Cousins, I am so very saddened by the loss of your Mother. Mary Rita was one of my very favorite people and always told me that I was the daughter she never had until you married and gave her her "daughters." I know how much she loved each of you and we will miss her very much. I am sorry I cannot be with the family today but you will all be in my prayers in the weeks to come. My love to each and every one of you.

Mary was a tablemate of my mom (Henrietta) at LaSalle County Nursing home. She often kept my dad and I entertained talking about her life on the farm. She was very sweet and funny. If my mom's dementia would have permitted, I know they would have liked each other and had long talks about their churches and Altar and Rosary Society experiences. We lost my mom in Oct., so I truly understand your loss. I am glad for the opportunity to have known Mary for even a short time. God Bless your family at this time. MaryKay Logan Lincoln Park, MI

I met Mary when I sold Jim his home in Channahon, Il and later rented it. Mary was a very sweet person who loved her family. Harold & I always enjoyed her & her husband when they came to visit Jim. We always liked to remind Jim he was the "baby". She always loved & was so proud of all of you. Marlene Skinner
